After serving in several executive roles with global software companies, Ms. Hose was recently leading Rimini Street business operations across Australia and New Zealand, delivering exceptional service to our clients, accelerating sales growth, and extending the leadership position of Rimini Street in the software support market across the region. She joined Rimini Street in 2014 as a Senior Account Executive, then Sales Director, before leading the Australia and New Zealand team as their GVP & General Manager, winning multiple awards along the way.

Ms. Hose relocated to France to lead the Rimini Street expansion across EMEA. Ms. Hose holds a Bachelor of Science (2/1) Hons (Upper Division) in Information Technologies from the University of Brighton (United Kingdom).

Pascal Buchner is the CIO of the International Air Transport Association since 2010. Mr. Buchner has almost 25 years of experience heading IT organizations in industries that have been transformed by technologies such as the printing industry, the music and entertainment industry and the distribution industry.

He has been driving the transformation of the IATA IT department into a well-recognized fast moving organization supporting the association in the re-mastering of its business processes. After achieving the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification in 2014, he has kept developing an comprehensive cyber security strategy aimed at protecting IATA financial systems. Since 2012 he is leading the IATA innovation network helping airlines to grasp the benefits of the digital world.

Pascal Buchner started his career as a developer of military systems and worked for different IT consulting firms in the defense and manufacturing sectors in France.

Matthew Holmes is an IT Applications Director and former ERP consultant with a 26-year proven track record in Applications management, project management, project delivery, resource management and business process improvement. He has held a number of positions both within a team and directly managing application implementation teams across a large range of the ERP product offerings and finance systems.

Mr. Holmes’ experience spans many industry sectors and teamed with his experience, enables him to easily understand the end-to-end business processes and corporate strategic goals. He has been involved in global and pan-European initiatives as well as strategic solution development.

Mr. Holmes. has been with Rimini Street for nearly 8 years and has previously held ERP delivery management positions at Hitachi Data Systems, Yahoo! and Channel 4.

Meloney Graham

Meloney Graham is responsible for the delivery and management of Application Management Services support for Rimini Street clients. She leads a global team of technical and cross-functional experts who provide expert solutions in all product lines to meet client needs. Ms. Graham is a CPA and has worked in the consulting and IT fields for many years, giving her a keen understanding of client support needs and the ability help align with their financial goals.

Ms. Graham’s career spans nearly 30 years of IT experience, including 5 years in financial management, 15 years in consulting, and 11 years leading large global IT organizations. Prior to joining Rimini Street, Ms. Graham was responsible for a large global rollout of Oracle EBS and Oracle technology to 30+ countries around the world. She moved on to building and running global application support teams, as well as vendor management, for a major international chemical manufacturer.

Ms. Graham holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas, an Executive MBA degree from Texas A&M University, Commerce, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

At Rimini Street, Mr. Lucey is responsible for leading growth and expansion of the Company’s service offerings across EMEA.

Prior to Rimini Street, Mr. Lucey led multiple sales teams across EMEA for Oracle. Prior to Oracle he drove sales at leading technology companies, including Dell EMC, HP and Symantec.

He hold a Master’s of Business Administration from New Buckinghamshire University in the United Kingdom.
